EcoCare employees will be trained to work in the relevant to your contract environment and certified for Health and Safety as well as Environmental policies in the workplace. – You will have a dedicated account manager taking care of your account and available on your phone call immediately within office hours or within 3 working hours after receiving your email so any potential issues could be discussed and resolved asap.
– There is a Quality Control Programme in place to take off your shoulders the responsibility to monitor the standards and consistency and free you to do what you do best-run your business. The programme includes:

1. Cleaning checklist approved by the client,
2. Regular quality inspections (spot checks) are carried out and the reports are available on request,
3. Quality satisfactions card served to you on a quarterly basis to obtain your feedback and make sure you are receiving the precise service you are looking for,
4. Regular training schedule with the staff to ensure they are up-to-date with changing policies and recent legislation.

Modern Technology

Each cleaner we allocate has to go through our stringent vetting system where they are personally interviewed, their documents (passport, proof of address, work permit, 2 references from the previous employer, next of kin details) carefully checked and their copies kept on file in our office.

Before we start allocating cleaning operatives to regular clients, they have to undertake 2 weeks of training in our End of tenancy team under the close supervision of a leader of the team. Only after we are fully satisfied with the quality of work along with her interpersonal skills such as punctuality, reliability, diligence does we introduce the cleaner to our regular clients.

We provide on-going support to all of our cleaning operatives by carrying out regular training on health and safety, customer service, housekeeping, green issues, such as recycling and cleaning procedures using biodegradable cleaning products.
